Freight Dispatch·For Carriers·Not a Freight Broker

Get Dispatched

Dispatch support, built for your truck.

Owner-operators and small fleets: get on our dispatch roster. We source loads, negotiate rates, complete broker setups, and coordinate your runs. Canada & cross-border into the USA.

01

Daily load sourcing

We search DAT and multiple load boards every business day. Lanes and equipment matched to your operation, not just whatever's posted.

02

Rate negotiation included

We negotiate directly with brokers using current DAT Rate View data. We push for detention and accessorials upfront, not after the fact.

03

Broker pays you direct

Rate confirmations in your name. The broker pays you, not us. We bill our dispatch fee separately — no money in the middle.

From intake to first dispatched load.

01

Intro call

A dispatcher reaches out within 24 hours to confirm equipment, lanes, target weekly revenue, and which pricing structure makes sense for your operation.

02

Document verification

We need: operating authority (MC/DOT or CVOR), insurance certificate (cargo + liability), W9 or business info, and a void cheque or direct deposit info. Typically 1–2 business days to verify.

03

Broker carrier-packet setup

We complete carrier packets across our active broker network. Most brokers approve within 24–48 hours. You start appearing on broker rosters.

04

First dispatched load

Most carriers see their first dispatched load within 5–10 business days of onboarding, depending on equipment, lanes, and timing of broker approvals.
