Freight Dispatch·For Carriers·Not a Freight Broker

Pricing

Quoted on a call — not posted on a page.

Dispatch pricing depends on your equipment, lanes, and the level of support your fleet needs. We quote each carrier individually so the number actually matches your operation.

How pricing works

Custom-quoted, never posted.

We don't publish public dispatch rates. A one-truck owner-operator running spot freight has a different cost structure than a five-truck fleet on dedicated lanes — so quoting them the same rate doesn't make sense for either of you.

Instead we run a short intake call. You tell us your equipment, lanes, target weekly revenue, and current dispatch arrangement. We tell you what dispatch with us would cost on your operation, and how we'd expect to source freight for your trucks. If the math doesn't work for either side, we say so on the call.

What we will commit to publicly: month-to-month agreement with a 30-day exit clause, no monthly minimums, and no margin held back between broker and carrier. The rest is a conversation.

What we will commit to

Pricing transparency, just not the number.

The actual dispatch rate is custom-quoted — but these terms apply to every carrier we onboard. No fine print.

01

Quoted on a call

Every carrier gets a custom dispatch quote based on equipment, lanes, target weekly revenue, and operational needs. No one-size pricing.

02

Daily DAT sourcing

We're on the board every business day for our active carriers. Lane and equipment-matched freight — not just whatever's posted on a Monday.

03

Month-to-month

30-day exit clause on either side. No annual contracts. No penalty if our service isn't the right fit for your operation.

04

No hidden margins

We're not a broker. Rate confirmations are in your name. The broker pays you directly — we never sit between the freight contract and the money.

What's included

Everything dispatch should do.

Whatever you end up paying, every carrier gets the full dispatch service. Nothing held back, no upsells.

FAQ

Pricing, answered.

The questions carriers ask before they get on a call. If yours isn't here, call dispatch at +1 (226) 666-6588.

Why don't you list your dispatch rates publicly?+
Dispatch pricing depends on your operation — number of trucks, equipment type, lanes, target weekly revenue, and the level of support your fleet needs. Rather than publish a one-size-fits-all rate that almost certainly doesn't match your situation, we quote each carrier on a call after a short intake. You won't pay more than a fair market dispatch fee, and we'll tell you that on the call.
What does it cost to talk to a dispatcher?+
Nothing. The intro call, the lane and equipment review, and the pricing conversation are free. We walk through everything before you commit, so you know exactly what you're signing up for.
Are there contract lock-ins?+
No minimum monthly commitments. Our dispatch agreement is month-to-month with a 30-day exit clause on either side. If our service isn't working for your operation, you give 30 days' written notice and we wind down — no penalties, no fight.
What's included in dispatch service?+
Everything you'd expect from a working dispatch desk: load sourcing on DAT and other boards, rate negotiation with brokers, carrier packet and broker setup paperwork, driver coordination and check calls, ETA updates, cross-border PARS/PAPS and eManifest support, detention/layover/TONU documentation, POD follow-up, and broker invoicing coordination. No upsells, no held-back services.
How does payment work?+
All freight contracts are between the broker and the carrier directly — the broker pays you, not us. We are a dispatch service, not a freight broker. Our dispatch fee is invoiced separately to the carrier as compensation for our work. We walk through the payment mechanics on the intro call so there's no ambiguity before you sign.
What equipment and lanes do you currently support?+
Sprinter / cargo van, straight truck, 24-ft and 26-ft straight box, 53-ft dry van, and power-only. Not currently dispatching reefer, flatbed, or specialty equipment. Primary coverage: GTA, Ontario-Quebec corridor, all Canadian provinces; cross-border into NY, PA, OH, MI, and beyond. If your lane isn't a strong fit, we'll be honest about that before signing.
How quickly can I get onboarded?+
Intro call within 24 hours of submitting the carrier form. Document verification (authority, insurance, W9) typically 1–2 business days. Carrier-packet completion across our broker network 24–48 hours per broker. Most new carriers see their first dispatched load within 5–10 business days of intake.
Are you a freight broker?+
No. Trucc.ca is a freight dispatch service provider. We are not a licensed freight broker. We do not take possession, custody, or control of freight. All freight contracts are between the broker/shipper and the carrier directly.
